Network services and operations are monitored and staffed on-site 24x7. All services have multiple Internet providers, backup generators, climate control and are fully tested weekly as per UL             requirements.

The facility provides on site support and monitoring 24x7x365 to ensure maximum uptime and customer service. Additionaly, our servers are individually monitored for uptime of specific services, providing a more in-depth control over the services and servers we provide.
